From his time at Fionn MacCool's Irish Pub in Edmonton to his role as an Aramark Lister at the University of Edmonton, and even his stint at Four Point Sheraton, Devendra has left a lasting impression everywhere he's worked. His passion for cooking shines through in every dish he creates, as he meticulously crafts each one with precise precision and a rich blend of skills.

Niranjan Rawat

Chef

With 9 years of experience in restaurants across India, the Maldives, Dubai, and Canada, he's a true globetrotter. His skills go beyond the kitchen, as he's known for his exceptional organizational development and people management abilities. Niranjan's educational background in Hotel Management has laid a solid foundation for his career, and he's held impressive positions like Sous Chef at Paese Ristorante and currently Chef de Partie at the St. Regis Hotel in Toronto. His leadership, culinary expertise, and passion for the industry make him a force to be reckoned with.
